HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: To enter (1) follow both @UpperPlayground and @AstroGaming on Twitter.com ; and (2) “tweet” or “retweet” the following text: “Retweet this for a chance to win one of the new @upperplayground A40 Audio Systems! #astroupcontest” on your Twitter accounts. Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, you will automatically be entered for a chance to win. “Only one “retweet” post will be accepted. International contestants can participate. “Unfollowing” either @UpperPlayground and @AstroGaming OR deleting your “retweet” removes your name from being in the pool of names eligible to win the drawing. The winner will be drawn from the pool of all existing Twitter followers who follow both @UpperPlayground and @AstroGaming and who have “retweeted” the contest. Limit one prize for one winner or group of winners, per Twitter account.
WINNING: Winner of the UPPER PLAYGROUND EDITION A40 AUDIO SYSTEMS AND STANDALONE ARTIST SERIES SPEAKER TAG SETS (signed by the photographer, dimensions of 3 feet by 3 feet, framed) will be notified via their winning Twitter account with the announcement: “Congrats to @username for winning the @upperplayground A40 Audio System 2nd edition! DM us for details on how to claim your prize.” Winner must send a Direct Message to @astrogaming with their phone number and email so they can be contacted to claim their prize. Prize not claimed within 3 days will be forfeited. The maximum amount of UPPER PLAYGROUND EDITION A40 AUDIO SYSTEMS AND STANDALONE ARTIST SERIES SPEAKER TAG SETS prize awarded ever will be 1. Limit one UPPER PLAYGROUND EDITION A40 AUDIO SYSTEMS AND STANDALONE ARTIST SERIES SPEAKER TAG SETS winner per family. The UPPER PLAYGROUND EDITION A40 AUDIO SYSTEMS AND STANDALONE ARTIST SERIES SPEAKER TAG SETS award will be sent out in a single shipment prepared by Upper Playground Enterprises, Inc. Upper Playground Enterprises Inc, will pay for up to $100 in shipping to deliver the product to the winner, however Upper Playground Enterprises, Inc. will not be responsible for shipping insurance and will release all responsibility for the prize once FOB with the shipper. Any additional domestic and international shipping charges, duties, taxes and sales taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of a UPPER PLAYGROUND EDITION A40 AUDIO SYSTEMS AND STANDALONE ARTIST SERIES SPEAKER TAG SETS you are not eligible to claim the prize.
If your country of residency does not allow the import of prize you wish to receive, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

Not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due or misdirected mail/claims,or for faulty, incorrect or mis-transcribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. In the event of termination of the online entry portion of the program, a notice will be posted online indicating how to enter via the mail and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination and all eligible mail in entries received. In the event a dispute arises with respect to the drawing and regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, Upper Playground Enterprises, Inc. will be solely responsible for making a determination as to who the winner is in its sole discretion. An entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized Twitter account holder” and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized Twitter account holder of the Twitter account submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Twitter account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Twitter account by Twitter.com.
Participant may be requested to provide Upper Playground Enterprises, Inc. with proof that the participant is the authorized Twitter account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Upper Playground Enterprises Inc.
Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.
By accepting prize/offer, Winner/offer recipients agree to hold Upper Playground Enterprises Inc, and its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize/offer.
Winner/offer recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer.

AVAILABLE PRIZES/OFFERS, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES AND APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING/RECEIVING (UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED): Odds of winning will be one (1) divided by the number of eligible new and existing eligible new and existing active subscriptions and written entries received at the time of the drawing. The odds of winning could be 1 in 20,000 or .005%. Odds of winning will vary on a daily basis based on the number of subscriptions and entries received.
The duration of the period in which monthly drawings are held is the sole discretion of Upper Playground Enterprises, Inc. and not subject to notice of cancellation of discontinuance.
